Terms of use
Version 1 · in force since 24 Sep 2026
Retask is Reliance Health's platform for raising, performing, checking and paying for work. These terms apply to everyone who uses it, and apply the same way in Nigeria, Egypt and Senegal:
- applicants;
- freelancers (vendors);
- staff.
How they sit with your agreement:
- If you have an employment contract or a vendor contract with Reliance, that contract governs your work and your pay.
- These terms govern how you use Retask.
- Where they conflict, your contract wins.
Your account
- Use only your own account. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Everything done under your account is recorded as done by you.
- Keep your details accurate. Tell us promptly if they change, or update them in your settings.
- If you think your account has been used by someone else, write to privacy@getreliancehealth.com straight away.
The data you work with is confidential
Retask holds personal data about Reliance HMO's health-plan members and their families, and about the people who work on the platform. You can see only what your role and your current task need. You must:
- use it only for the task it was given to you for;
- never copy, photograph, download, export, share or keep it outside Retask, except where the task itself requires it (for example, a printer printing a card);
- never look up a member, a colleague or anyone else out of curiosity, or for any reason other than the work in front of you;
- tell us immediately if you see data you should not have been shown, or suspect it has been exposed.
These duties continue after you stop using Retask. They are in addition to the confidentiality terms in your contract.
Doing the work
- Enter information exactly as the source shows it. A wrong detail on a member's record can stop them getting care.
- Claim only work you intend to do, and release it if you can't finish it.
- The platform's rules are applied in code, and apply equally to everyone. For example, you can't review your own work.
Payment
- Retask never makes a payment. It records your work and prepares your invoice.
- The payment itself is approved and made outside Retask, under your contract.
- Questions about a payment go through the complaint route in the app.
Suspension and ending access
- Reliance may suspend your access while a concern is looked into, or when you have not returned from a declared break. A suspension is recorded with its reason, and you are told.
- Access ends when your contract or employment ends, or if you break these terms.
- What happens to your data after access ends is set out in the privacy policy.
The platform
- Retask belongs to Reliance Health, and so does the content in it. You may use it only to do your work for Reliance.
- Don't try to get around its security, or reach data or functions your role doesn't give you.
- Don't interfere with how it runs.
- We work to keep Retask available and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. Save your work as the app asks.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of the country whose market your work or application belongs to:
- Nigeria: the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 governs the personal data involved.
- Egypt: Law No. 151 of 2020 governs it.
- Senegal: Law No. 2008-12 governs it.
Changes to these terms
Each version is kept, with its date. If a change affects what you have agreed to, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
